Missing in action, where are the Tory MPs?

Many Tory MPs seem to have forgotten where the Houses of Parliament are and that they should go there occasionally. We catch up on a few of the lost souls. So who holds the record?

Nadine Dorries

Last visit to HoC on 26th April 2023 and sulking about not getting an honour. Now spends her time presenting a show on TalkTV or writing a column for the Daily Mail.

She eventually resigned on 27th August 2023 after being missing for 123 days.

Andrew Rosindell

Arrested for sexual offences and indecent assault as well as under investigation for misconduct in public and abuse of a position of trust, with the offences covering the period from 2002 to 2009.

He has not been in Parliament since 27th May 2022. Missing for 1508 days.

Boris Johnson

Since resigning as Prime Minister Boris has been absent from the HoC and his constituency. Mostly to be found on holiday somewhete.

He was eventually replaced in the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by election on 20th July 2023 after
being missing for 318 days.

Chris Pincher

Allegedly groped two men while he was drunk, Pincher resigned as Deputy Chief Whip on 30 June 2022, and had the Conservative Party whip removed. Days missing from Parliament…
