In comments to a journalist the plaintiff in numerous court cases commented that he could of been relaxing abroad rather than being in the USA. While he mentioned France, there maybe other options.
In the interview with Aaron Rupar in New Hampshire the plaintiff made his comments…
“I could have been relaxing at Mar-a-Lago or in the south of France, which I would prefer to being in this country frankly.”

France is a reasonable choice as they’ve provided refuge to Jean-Claude Duvalier. Known as Baby Doc he was responsible for thousands of people killed, tortured, arbitrarily arrested and disappeared. If they accepted him then they might accept Trump, although his total lack of taste might be an issue. They are less open to people who game the tax system.
Saudi Arabia provided refuge for Idi Amin when he was toppled from power and had to flee Uganda.. Other African countries have also provided refuge for former leaders such as Togo (Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba), Morocco (Mobutu Sese Soku) and Nigeria (Charles Taylor).
With the growth of global community there are fewer options for a life in exile.
