Is it right that the only way to reach your MP is on Grindr?

Members of Parliament can be very elusive. Reluctant to respond to emails, letters and telephone calls, some have taken to Grindr to reach their MP. We ask if this is right.

The MP William Wragg is in the news for being contacted on Grindr, and being a helpful chap, passed on the telephone numbers of other MPs. Perhaps if he had been more responsive by more conventional routes such as email the constituent would not have tracked him down on Grindr to contact him.

We are firmly of the opinion that people should not have resort to using Grindr to reach their honourable member, and that the honourable members should not be sharing photographs of their honourable members. There will be some people who will find using Grindr an uncomfortable experience.
