Petrol stations report unusual Mother’s Day present

They had stocked up on the usual chocolate and flowers, but many have been caught out by this year’s must have Mother’s Day treat.

This year they have been caught on the hop by many buying plastic petrol cans and filling them up with petrol or diesell. The price of fuel has made this a high value gift for grateful mothers.
