Angry old bloke rants about Taylor Swift

As Taylor Swift enjoys the UK leg of her Eras tour British news media are flooding social media with articles about her. One old bloke is compelled to rant on every post, and he is angry.

He still thinks Bjork is new and edgy, and Rush were deep and meaningful. Ray Gingnob (56) has been rolling his eyes at any mention of Taylor Swift for a couple of years, but no-one has paid any attention to his feelings about her not being a ‘serious musician’. A work colleague did try to point out to him that perhaps he was not in the target audience for her music.

Now that Swift is in the UK she is plastered in all the social media and the news sites that he looks at. While most people who aren’t interested just scroll past, Ray feels the need to let people know of his contempt for her. He started off trying to be superior and subtly dismissive by posting comments such as “Who’s she?”, “Never heard of her”,

To his annoyance nobody took any notice of him. Unbeknown to him all the people who didn’t care about Swift just scrolled past. He upped his anger and started posting about how she was the devil and a satanic influence. He got a few laugh reacts which annoyed him more.

He went on, “If diarrhoea had a musical sound”, “Who cares. A winney spoilt brat. Can’t keep a boyfriend”, “THIS ENORMOUS WOMAN WILL DEVOUR US ALL!” and many more.

Eventually someone asked if he was okay. At that point he gave up and went to find something else to be angry about.
