Cameron – the comeback car crash

The maxim that criminals will return to the scene of their crime remains true. David Cameron has accepted the position of Foreign Secretary under Rishi Sunak He is now back in government and has an opportunity to finish off the carnage he created with Brexit.

Having sacked Suella Braverman (now looking for pantomime work) Rishi Sunak was scratching around for incompetent deadbeats to offer the job to. He had already has, or has had, the absolute Tory incompetents in the Cabinet. While he was reminiscing about previous Tory car crashes he recalled David Cameron.

Rishi fondly recalled how the Cameron administration spent years stoking up the anti-EU rhetoric, called the referendum and acted surprised when there was a majority in favour of leaving the EU. While he didn’t actually crash the car, he did point the wheels towards the cliff, tie the steering wheel, jammed a heavy block on the accelerator and watch it hurtle towards the cliff.

He contacted David Cameron who was more than happy to come back and trash anything left that was still functional and working.
