The jobs that people would actually like to be done by AI are ignored while those that many folk actually enjoy are being taken over.
There are large numbers of tasks that few people enjoy such as ironing, cleaning, picking the gunk out of plugholes, cleaning skidmarks from toilet bowls and carrying out tedious health and safety checks. These are the jobs that people would actually like to be taken care of by.AI to leave them more time to do the things that they enjoy or what they are skilled at.
All that AI developers can come up with is to steal books, pictures, videos and audio then create products that regurgitate content that is a.bit like what was purloined.
