Lap dancing for stag night do was a fail

When arranging the ultimate Stag Night for a mate it is probably best to do it sober and at least a couple of weeks in advance. Doing it the night before while drunk can lead to awkward surprises.

Peter Ingout had been close friends with Colin all the way through school. They had shared their ups and downs together for many years. While it was a bit awkward when Colin started going out with one of Peter’s former girlfriends, their friendship was strong and he soon adjusted. He was happy for them and they all got on well. When Colin and Sarah announced that they were getting married Peter could not have been happier. It was no surprise that Colin asked Peter to be his best man. Peter was honoured to be asked.

Peter was quick to sort out a weekend away in Liverpool. He booked a large house 5 miles from the centre that would easily take the ten chaps who would be going. He also looked up various activities they could do. Paintballing one day, nice restaurants and seeing a few places such as The Cavern. One of the important items on the itinerary was a visit to a lap dancing club.

Unfortunately he got incredibly busy with work and having to find a new flat at short notice. He still managed to get a few things booked, but he couldn’t decide between the six clubs that offered lap dancing. After having drinking a few whiskies on the night before they left for Liverpool Peter suddenly realised he hadn’t booked the lap dancing. In a panic he checked on his phone and booked the first one that came up.

He started to have suspicions that something wasn’t right when he looked at the tickets as they were driving up to Liverpool. The venue was a theatre. When the dancers came out in traditional dress the mistake was obvious. He tried to bluff it out by pretending it was an intentional joke. No one was convinced. Colin told him that he ever remarried he would not be best man.

He had to buy all the drinks for the rest of the weekend.
