Mothers have been reaching out for advice on keeping their community safe. Radicals suggest cut back on the rioting.
Comcerned mothers have been thinking how to keep their communities safe. They cannot decide between letting the police get on with their jobs of detecting crime, gathering evidence and bringing prosecutions, or kicking off with protests, letting far-right groups like Homeland take over organisation and ending up with riots, injured police officers, vandalised vehicles and possibly looting and arson.
Radical thinkers have suggested that as most of the areas where the rioting has been taking place are high crime areas to begin with, putting more police officers out of action while recovering and damaging their vehicles will make those areas less safe.
With the riots in Epping only kicking off AFTER a suspect was in custody, nobody has worked out howinjuring lots of police officers and damaging vehicles can make the community safer. If anything it has made the community less safe with large numbers of children being introduced to rioting and criminality. About 1 in 6 of the arrests following the 2024 rioting in Southport, Manchester and Merseyside were children, with the youngest aged 12. A new generation of thuggish louts is certain to be a great contribution to any community.
Getting information from places other than social media or Dave down the pub might help. While some of the asylum seekers are genuine, everyone knows some of them are economic migrants which is why they go through an assessment process.
