As civilisation develops it is now accepted that the sharpest and brightest minds are no longer to be found in research institutions and Universities. They have been set loose from their shackles and are roaming social media land, with the best of them on Tik-TokR.

The Tik-Tokerati have discovered a new and unlikely superfood. Cow eggs. Found scattered in fields after the cows have left to roost in the trees, cow-eggs improve nutrition and fertility according to Holly Ierthanthou. Noted amongst Tik-Tokers as someone who had seen a book once, Holly states that she’d been told about someone called Monty Don who mentioned about cow manure being fantastic for fertility and nutrition. Holly went on to say that as Monty was “well old he obviously knows what he is on about”. She was a bit shaky on cows roosting in trees and wasn’t sure where she had found that. She thinks there was a vegan called Joe involved.
“I decided to call them cow eggs as no one knew what the word manure meant”.
She admits that the taste isn’t brilliant, “but what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. Right?”
She is working on a series of recipes.
