She is now working on draft 2 of her letter, She has now done a bit of research. She talks to us about how prejudiced Hitler was, and Jewish mascaras over the last two thousand years. What has she learnt?
Diane Abbott was amazed at how prejudiced Adolph Hitler was towards Jews and Travellers. “He was very bad at providing the Jews with accommodatin and food. I’m sure there was a good reason to get them out of the Warsaw Ghetto, possibly redeveloping the area for new a shopping centre”. She felt that the poor quality of the transport, the camp accommodation and catering were probably signs of Hitler’s prejudice. “I can now see that had they been christian Germans they would have got better conditions during the redevelopment of Warsaw “. That the travellers were treated the same made her angry “… and I couldn’t work out why they were moved there. No mention of the redevelopment of any area”.
There was further mention of the poor camp conditions, “Apparently some rooms had very poor ventilation and probably a carbon monoxide problem. They were literally like gas chambers “.
On delving deeper into history she realised that Jews and gypsies (the historic name for travellers) had been victmised for thousands of years. “597 years before Corbyn (BC) Jews suffered deportations by Nebuchadnezzar, and the Romans were horrible to them”.
She had spent a lot of time trying to work out why everyone was prejudiced against Jews. “The best I can figure out is that it was something to do with mascara. Did they have it and they wouldn’t share?”. On seeing a confused look she went on, “Oh I can teach you something. There was the Rhineland mascara, the Granada masacra in 1066, there were two in Fez in1276 and 1465, the Baghdad mascara in 1828. There were so many. All this over make-up”.
She is hoping to redeem her reputation as one of the fine minds of Labour, we think she is going to get mascaraed.
