While the rest of the world are sharing stunning aurora photos the UK are pretending they were not that bothered.
People in the UK are feigning indifference to the spectacular aurora displays visible from mainy parts of the world. While people went outside in Texas, Michigan, Canada, Australia.and most of Western Europe to see the spectacular aurora displays, the people of the UK stayed inside.
With a blanket of cloud covering virtually the whole country there was nothing to see. One person was staring on the horizon and was certain they could see lights, but that turned out to be the glow of the lights of Sheffield reflecting off the clouds.
